Another week, another round of GiftBox updates. This week's updates include:
NEW FEATURES:
* Added a "Cost" column to the online wishlist pages
* Cost amounts of zero are now allowed
* Added a "default section" preference to the Log-in settings on the My Profile page
BUG FIXES:
* Fixed a 404 "not found" error when attempting to view a gift list without selecting both a holiday and a year
